Executive Protection

This course focuses on the security and movement of personnel or sensitive materials in permissive and non-permissive (high threat) environments. The last day of the course will include a low visibility team movement throughout town.

  • Route RECON and selections
  • Arrival and departure
  • Counter Assault Team (CAT) positioning and deployment
  • In-town final exercise

  • Concealable holster for duty weapon, handcuffs, flashlight
  • Plain clothes jacket to practice drawing from a concealed position
  • Surveillance radio kit
  • Duty ballistic vest
  • Handgun and/or long gun
  • 200 rounds rifle, 200 rounds pistol
  • Eye and ear protection
  • Marking weapon/100 marking rounds
  • Standard force-on-force safety gear
  • SWAT vest and helmet for Counter Assault Team (CAT) operations
  • Conservative business suit for in-town exercise
