Fulcrum Tactical Training and Support was formed with the objective of becoming the leading law enforcement charity that provides otherwise unattainable training and support to those who most require it: our law enforcement brothers and sisters protecting and serving our communities.
Founded in 2009, Fulcrum Tactical has already provided free and reduced rate tactical training to over 1000 officers from over 200+ Law Enforcement Agencies. Officers receiving training include those from the largest departments such as Chicago Police SWAT personnel to Departments with less than 12 sworn officers in the heartland of America. |

| Who owns Fulcrum Tactical Training and Support? |
| Fulcrum Tactical Training and Support is a 501(c) 3 public Charity. Like other corporations, Fulcrum Tactical Training and Support can conduct business activities such as purchasing land, hiring employees, having a bank account, borrowing money, and having board meetings. But unlike for-profit corporations, a non-profit corporation cannot issue stock. In accordance with Illinois law, Fulcrum Tactical Training and Support does not issue stock, and therefore is not owned by any individuals or organizations. It is created with the specific purpose of providing training and support to law enforcement agencies within the United States. |

| How is Fulcrum Tactical Training and Support Governed and Managed? |
| Fulcrum Tactical Training and Support is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is managed by a Chief Executive Officer and a Chief Training Officer who are approved by the Board of Directors. All board members and the CEO are strictly volunteers and are paid in no way. This is the only way we can provide low cost, high quality training. |

| How is Fulcrum Tactical Training and Support funded? |
Fulcrum Tactical Training and Support seeks funding through generous donations from individuals, businesses, organizations and various foundations. Class prices remain a fraction of industry-standard rates only because of such donations covering operational costs and instructor fees.
