On behalf of our Team at Fulcrum Tactical Training and Support I would like to thank all of the people who participated in our raffle. The goal was to provide funds to keep training costs at a minimum. Rather than spend money on a public raffle, the raffle was conducted by a 3rd party and the winning ticket was pulled at random. The winner is a part of the Chicago Police Department but he would like to keep his identity private.
