| Once again I wanted to thank Fulcrum Tactical for their instruction over the last five days. I am confident that I will take back some potentially lifesaving tactics as well as the combat mindset of a warrior. The class was an eye opener for both (of our Department’s) attendees. Your instruction has ignited a fire that I hope lasts my career. I have found the motivation to win and succeed. That motivation was slowly disappearing after months of not being used as a SWAT operator. I will take my training to a completely higher level than ever before. | As an 11-year SWAT Operator, 16-year Weapons Instructor and current Chief of Police I was fortunate to have attended a recent course in Delaware County Indiana. I was honored to learn from one of the best I have been trained by in recent years. Fulcrum Tactical’s instructor proved from the beginning that he has a mission to train officers to fight the fight on the streets of our country and to win their encounters with bad guys. It was evident from the onset of this training that the instructor had the operational experience, knowledge, and most of all the heart and soul needed to hone officer’s skills to win gunfights. It has been said that true leaders absorb as much knowledge as they can and then share this knowledge to make others leaders; He did just that. Our soldiers are fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan but we must always remember that Police Officers fight battles on our streets everyday. These instructors have a true understanding of this and continue to put on some of the best training seminars ever. |

| The live fire and movement training conducted by Fulcrum Tactical instructors was some of the best I have ever experienced. They provided a great learning environment. Their “no egos and no bullshit” style of instructing allowed the students to learn at a very fast pace. I look forward to our next training opportunity with Fulcrum Tactical! |

I would like to take a moment to thank you for the training you provided here in Poweshiek County. Initially I had reservations as we have had some less than desirable training from different companies in the past.
From my limited interaction during your training here I would recommend Fulcrum Tactical instructors as trainers to every agency across the U.S. The deputies who attended have provided me some outstanding feed back which solidified my observations. Fulcrum Tactical instructors provided a safe and professional training platform with a wealth of knowledge. They had a very diverse class coming from big city Chicago PD to rural Poweshiek County, Iowa the training was relevant to everyone and top notch.
Having just returned from Iraq less than a year ago, I was elated to see the tactics, techniques and procedures used were from lessons learned and the most recent in urban conflicts. I am firm believer these are the skills that will prevail when critical incident occurs and the situation dictates need for the tactical team. |

| Brother let me tell you what a great week I had. You know there are allot of classes on tactical combat mindset out there and I have attended many of them, however none of them come close to the combat mindset, combat proven skills and no B'S training that Fulcrum Tactical provided. My passion is to be the best operator that I can be for myself and my team and hopefully pass along my experiences and knowledge to others in the future and I believe I have just turned it up a couple of notches and looking forward to attending many other classes offered by Fulcrum Tactical. I have already passed the word to several people I know and will be discussing further training with my commanders this week. |
